When My Esthetic Travel first partnered with Client Pro Connect, their operations were far from streamlined. Despite their presence in the esthetic travel niche, they lacked the digital infrastructure needed to support a scalable, efficient client journey. Their funnels were outdated and disorganized, leading to poor conversion rates. Their CRM account was underutilized and misconfigured, with all leads dumped into a single pipeline regardless of the offer type. With no automation in place, every lead required manual follow-up, and their WhatsApp and Stripe integrations were either broken or nonexistent. It was clear they needed a complete transformation to regain control and operate like a modern business.
Our first priority was to establish a fully automated ecosystem inside the CRM. We built custom workflows to handle the entire lead journey—from booking and confirmations to follow-ups and reminders—ensuring clients stayed engaged without requiring constant manual effort. To eliminate confusion and increase efficiency, we separated their offers into dedicated pipelines, each fully automated based on client interactions and journey stages. Every lead now flows through a structured path, improving segmentation, tracking, and conversion.
We redesigned their funnels from the ground up, building over eight high-converting, branded funnels tailored to their specific offers. This not only elevated their user experience but also helped My Esthetic Travel present a more professional image. Each funnel was directly connected to the appropriate calendar with real-time availability synced to individual team members’ Google Calendars. Stripe was properly integrated, resolving prior transaction issues, so clients can now seamlessly book and pay for services directly within the funnels.
To improve lead segmentation, we implemented a detailed tag-based system, allowing the team to instantly see where each contact stands in the sales process and which offer they’re most interested in. We also fixed their WhatsApp integration by setting up the business profile correctly, connecting it to the CRM, and creating ready-to-use templates for automated workflows. WhatsApp is now fully functional as a key channel in their lead nurturing sequence.
The result? A completely rebuilt digital infrastructure powered by automation—giving My Esthetic Travel the scalability they were missing.
