Complete CRM SaaS infrastructure, AI integrations, automation workflows & internal systems

Sales Lead Automation LLC – Building a Scalable SaaS Engine

Sales Lead Automation LLC came to Client Pro Connect with a bold vision: launch a CRM SaaS platform that agencies and businesses could use to scale lead gen and sales. What they didn’t have was the technical execution to bring it to life. That’s where we stepped in—building their entire SaaS infrastructure, internal automations, AI tools, and lead nurturing systems to turn an idea into a revenue-ready platform.

We started with a complete SaaS configuration: branded agency account, SMTP setup, subaccount defaults, and a custom demo snapshot packed with reusable workflows, triggers, and forms. Stripe billing was integrated for tiered SaaS subscriptions, with automated onboarding sequences ensuring every buyer was guided into the right track immediately after payment. The result: a replicable and scalable SaaS framework, deployed in under 25 hours.

To capture and manage leads, we built intelligent booking forms tied to Google Calendar + Zoom, with automated SMS/email reminders, reschedule links, and pipeline stage updates triggered in real-time. Internal operations were fully automated too—proposal templates, invoice generation, and ClickUp/Google Drive project creation via Zapier—removing manual work from the team’s day-to-day.

On the marketing front, we launched a cold email engine, LinkedIn + Facebook posting system, and a Zoom-integrated webinar funnel—giving the client multiple scalable ways to attract and nurture leads. We went further by embedding advanced AI: a Voice AI assistant, a trained chatbot for prequalifying leads and booking calls, and Website ID tracking that pushes anonymous visitors directly into the CRM.

Finally, we wrapped it all with ongoing reporting and bi-weekly strategy calls to optimize performance. In just weeks, Sales Lead Automation went from “big idea” to “fully operational SaaS business” with the tools, automations, and growth systems needed to scale.
