Supreme Capital Solutions – Full CRM Build & Cold Email Infrastructure for MCA Growth

Supreme Capital Solutions LLC partnered with Client Pro Connect to build a complete digital sales and marketing system for their Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) services. They needed more than just a CRM—they required a full-stack automation platform that could attract, prequalify, nurture, and convert leads while minimizing manual follow-up. From lead capture to cold outreach and AI-powered engagement, Client Pro Connect delivered a tailored CRM ecosystem ready to scale with their ambitious growth goals.

We began by deploying a “Mortgage” snapshot adapted for the MCA industry and set up a dedicated CRM account for the client. Two key pipelines were established—Leads Management and Clients Management—each with custom stages and automated triggers that updated based on lead behavior. Alongside this, we built dedicated email templates for opt-ins, appointments, and nurturing sequences, all connected to workflows covering every touchpoint—SMS + email opt-ins, meeting reminders, and a 6-month lead nurturing sequence.

To maximize conversions, we designed a high-converting funnel functioning as a mini-website. It included detailed service sections, CTAs, opt-in forms with prequalification surveys, newsletter registration, exit-intent popups, appointment booking, and a thank-you page. This funnel became their main entry point for MCA prospects. We also configured outbound email servers and guided Supreme Capital Solutions through the A2P 10DLC verification process, enabling compliant SMS delivery to U.S.-based leads.

For real-time engagement, we implemented a Web Chat AI Bot equipped with prequalification logic. Trained with tailored prompts, the AI captures visitor details, qualifies leads, and books appointments automatically. To strengthen brand trust, we added a Reputation Management Workflow that requests Google reviews after appointments or deal closures, helping build credibility and visibility.

One of the most impactful systems was the multi-domain cold email infrastructure. We registered and managed five custom domains (e.g., supremecapitalsolutions.cash, .loan, .click, etc.), created 15 outbound email accounts, configured them through SMTP, and integrated with Instantly.ai. After a warm-up phase, targeted cold outreach campaigns were launched and fully connected to the CRM, ensuring positive replies triggered personalized follow-ups and pipeline progression.
